The P-1 is equipped with a 1:3.1 planetary gear system that triples your torque, allowing you to grind with just 1/3 of the usual force. It works like a bicycle in low gear climbing a steep hill—smooth, steady, and impossible to stall. Concerned that lower resistance means more cranking? We solved that, too. By pairing the gearbox with a massive burr set (36mm inner / 53mm outer), we increased the surface area to maintain high grinding speed. The result is a workflow so effortless, you can power through the hardest beans with just a two-finger pinch.
The End of Fixed Burrs.
Most hand grinders lock you into a single flavor profile by permanently press-fitting the outer ring into the body. Upgrading only the inner cone is a half-measure that disrupts the intended grinding geometry. The P-1 shatters this limitation. We designed a proprietary exposed mounting system that allows you to unbolt and swap the entire burr set, both inner and outer, in seconds.
